Apex Life

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Apex Life account and its data at any time. Here is exactly how, and exactly what gets removed.

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Deletion is permanent

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored and your drives, photos, and messages cannot be recovered. If you only want a break, you can sign out or turn off notifications instead.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to Apex Life on the web or in the mobile app.
  2. Open Settings from your profile menu or the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to Account & security.
  4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Delete by request

If you cannot sign in, email support@apexlifedrive.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your login and authentication record.
  • Your profile: name, username, bio, interests, and all uploaded photos.
  • Your garage: every vehicle, its specifications, modifications, and journal.
  • Your drives, including saved routes and every recorded GPS sample.
  • Your performance results and leaderboard entries.
  • Your swipes, matches, messages, friend requests, and blocks.
  • Your club memberships, events you host, RSVPs, and notifications.
  • Your notification preferences and push notification tokens.

What we keep, and why

We retain billing and transaction records where tax and accounting law requires it. These contain the transaction, not your profile content. Encrypted backups age out on their normal rotation schedule.

If you have an active subscription

Cancel Apex Pro before deleting your account so billing stops cleanly. You can cancel from Settings or the billing portal. Deleting the account does not automatically refund the current period. Subscriptions purchased through an app store must also be cancelled in that store.
