Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Apex Life. Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and stay responsible for everything done under your account. One account per person; impersonating another person or business is not allowed.

Apex Life is a community and record-keeping app, not a racing tool. Do not interact with the app while driving. Start recording before you move and stop it after you park; keep the screen on and the app open, since tracking pauses in the background.

You are solely responsible for obeying all traffic laws and speed limits. Recorded speeds and performance figures are informational and unverified; posting them does not endorse how they were obtained. Street racing, reckless driving, and organizing illegal events through Apex Life are prohibited and will get your account terminated.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate other members.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing.
• Upload photos you do not have the rights to use.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access to the service.
• Use the platform for spam, solicitation, or fraud.

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it in the app so the service can function. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• Pricing — Apex+ is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year; Apex Pro is $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year, charged in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and added at checkout.
• Free trial — new subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per customer. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
• Automatic renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Your renewal date is always shown in Settings.
• Cancelling — cancel any time from Settings or the billing portal. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods on cancellation.
• Switching plans — you can move between monthly and yearly in the app. Changes are pro-rated against your current period.
• Refunds — outside of the free trial, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us and we will look at it in good faith.
• Price changes — we will give you notice before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are billed and cancelled under that store's rules.

Free accounts include one vehicle, 25 discovery swipes per day, and 10 new conversations per day. These limits are enforced server-side and may be adjusted as the service evolves.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, put other members at risk, or are used unlawfully. If we terminate your paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

Apex Life is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of GPS or performance data, or the conduct of other members — meeting people from the internet carries risk, and you are responsible for your own safety at meets and drives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@apexlifedrive.app.
